One Good Thing is built to keep what you write private. The short version: the app collects nothing, sends nothing, and has no accounts.
Nothing. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
The entries you write and the memento illustrations the app generates are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. If you delete the app, that data is removed with it.
On supported devices, illustrations are generated on your device using Apple's Image Playground (Apple Intelligence). This processing happens locally; your entry text is not sent to us or to any external service by this app.
If you turn on the daily reminder, it is scheduled as a local notification on your device. No reminder data leaves your phone.
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
